Love-Child or Brothers - You Decide!

I was watching Orange is the New Black on Netflix last night, and noticed how one of the actors who portrays staff member Joel Luschek (played by Matt Peters), looks and occassionally acts remarkably like Chris Pratt (Guardians of the Galaxy, Jurassic World) and Tyler Labine (best known for TV series Reaper).

Love-child of Chris and Tyler or the three of them are secretly brothers, you decide! (comment your thoughts below)

Either way they would definitely make a great set of brothers in a sitcom or comedy film.
